C. We Avoid Conflicts of Interest
We are committed to avoiding conflicts of interest. We do not use our positions for personal gain, either directly or through family or close relations.
We do not engage in financial activities outside of Group companies, and we refrain from using the Group's name, resources, or identity for personal benefit.
D. We Act Honestly and Fairly in Stakeholder Relations
In our relations with stakeholders, we aim to deliver petroleum products with superior quality and competitive solutions throughout the entire supply chain, from production to end-user delivery.
We take all necessary technical and administrative measures to preserve the quality and quantity of the products entrusted to us.
We strive for full compliance with agreements and expect the same commitment from our service providers.
We refrain from making negative statements about competitors or their management and avoid comments that could lead to speculation about them or their products.
We never resort to illegal or unethical methods to access information about stakeholders.
E. We Prevent Corruption and Money Laundering
We do not offer, accept, or mediate bribes. We make payments only for legitimate services.
We allow gifts, hospitality, and similar expenses only within generally accepted business practices, avoiding excess.
F. We Prioritize Confidentiality
We protect the confidentiality of information regarding Group companies, employees, and stakeholders.
We process personal data in compliance with legal regulations and take necessary precautions.
G. We Remain Neutral in Political Activities
We do not cooperate with or support political parties.
Our employees' participation in political or social activities is entirely personal, provided it complies with the law and does not involve the use of company resources.
ANNOUNCEMENT TEXT ON ETHICAL VIOLATION REPORTS
As Lokal Enerji and Its Affiliates:
We strictly comply with applicable laws and agreements made with our stakeholders in all our operations. We conduct our activities with the highest ethical standards and integrity, fostering a culture of "open communication" and "accountability" to prevent unethical or unlawful actions.
We have implemented a whistleblowing system to facilitate the swift, confidential, or anonymous reporting of suspected violations and to promote a culture of open dialogue.
The Ethics Support Center is a tool designed to foster a respectful and productive work environment while enhancing the performance and sustainability of Lokal Enerji and its affiliates. This center provides an open, confidential, and anonymous communication channel to report any suspected unethical or illegal conduct.
Lokal Enerji carefully evaluates all reports received and aims to investigate the allegations appropriately. Anyone with concerns regarding human rights, labor rights, environmental practices, or anti-corruption can contact the Ethics Support Center.
Accessing the Ethics Support Center:
As part of our commitment, you can reach us by filling out the ethics violation report form or sending an email to etik@lokalenerji.com. Every report submitted will be carefully reviewed, and anonymity and confidentiality will be maintained within the limits of the law.
Protection and Enforcement:
Anyone who reports in good faith is protected against retaliation or adverse treatment. However, we reserve the right to take legal action against those who knowingly submit false, misleading, or baseless reports.

When submitting a report, please include the following information in the description, if possible:
- When, where, and between whom did the issue occur?
- How many times has it occurred? Is it recurring? When did it first arise?
- If it has not yet occurred, when is it expected to happen?
- When did you become aware of the issue?
- Who else is aware of it? If managers are aware, have they taken any measures to address it?
- Did you witness the incident directly, or did you hear about it from someone else?
- If you prefer to remain anonymous, what is the reason?
