2. Preparation of the “Major Accident Prevention Policy Document:
Our company is subject to the provisions of the "Regulation on the Prevention of Major Industrial Accidents and Mitigation of Their Effects." The notification specified in Article 7 of the regulation has been made through the Ministry of Environment and Urbanization's notification system (BEKRA). Within the scope of the BEKRA notification, our company has been classified as a "Lower Tier" establishment. In accordance with Article 10 of the regulation, our company has prepared a "Major Accident Prevention Policy Document."
3. Activities Conducted at Our Facility:
At the Lokal Enerji Kırıkkale Terminal, fuel products are stored, and tanker filling operations are carried out.

5. Measures to be Taken in Case of a Major Accident:
Detailed studies have been conducted regarding the necessary measures and actions to be taken in the event of a major accident at the facility, and all personnel have received adequate training on emergency situations. In the event of an accident, the relevant authorities will be informed by the personnel. It is advised to immediately evacuate the area and remain in a safe zone until the dangers posed by the accident are eliminated.
The facility stores flammable gases. Scenarios involving accidents that could result in fire, explosion, and environmental pollution have been developed, and numerous precautions have been taken to address these risks. Measures have been implemented both to prevent the spread of flammable gases and to contain and report any potential leaks. In the event of a spill of hazardous substances within the storage area, there is no possibility of soil contamination.
An Internal Emergency Plan has been prepared to minimize the effects of any major industrial accidents at the facility, ensuring communication with emergency services, neighboring establishments, and other relevant authorities. This plan includes evaluations of all possible scenarios, and the necessary training has been provided to the employees.
All potential accident scenarios at the facility have been evaluated, a report has been prepared, and Hazardous Substance Response Cards, which identify hazardous materials and provide information on response methods, have been shared with the relevant authorities.
